Just a little glimpse on what’s yet to come!

Ritchie and Pam
we are pam and ritchie and we are ritrato photography. we decided to call our business ritrato photography because in our own language, ritrato means, portrait, picture or frames. we wanted to carry a bit of our heritage in wherever we might end up in and share it with whoever we might meet. leaving our country, philippines, to live in singapore and USA makes us appreciate even more the differences of our cultures and the uniqueness of each individual that we meet. it is not any surprise to us then that our style of photography is immensely influenced with the vibrancy and heartbeat of each culture.
with fresh eyes, we love and enjoy doing shoots in totally ordinary places and turning them into fine works of art. we revel in taking pictures of people in their element, in their basic moments. And nothing beats our joy in framing special moments that could never again be recaptured.
FUN. CANDID. PASSION. that’s how we love it. we want to take pictures of people \in events as they unfold.
SUNNY. RAINY. SNOWY. we love the challenges that each unique situation present to us, making the shots not anywhere near mundane but phenomenal.
FRIENDS. FAMILY. GOD. we, ritchie and pam, are born to be friends and we would not have started if not for the overwhelming support and love of our other friends and family. and WITHOUT OUR GOD, WE KNOW WE'D BE NOWHERE. praise and glory to him!
Brig is 9. Only 9. Yeah. I know. He’s that good! Jasie’s thinking he could be a model. I think he ABSOLUTELY is one! Poses are not for him. He’s a natural. Ask him to look one way or another and he’s picture perfect. ...
It was a beautiful day for a wedding. We got blue skies and it would have been perfect if the sun wasn’t pissed. It was like 200 degrees outside!! Yeah, I’m exaggerating but it sure felt like it was! We were drenched! We started at 3pm for the first look and the lighting was pretty...
Artists like to be inspired. We agree. You usually give your best when you are. Others look for it coz it could surely be elusive. It’s normal. If there’s a writer’s block, I’m sure there is a creativity block. So you go out to find that kaleidoscope of color or an explosion of texture wherever...
We absolutely had no idea that Ericka and her family are at Midvale. If we knew about that, we would have just met them at Salt Lake City. By the time I called them, they have already long past the Salt lake City and are already heading our way out here. ...
Olive oil, shoeses, bags, suits, leather!! These are just some of the things that we love from Italy. And after meeting the Leone family, they are our next Italian favorite!
The bambinas and the bambinos of the family
The Leone siblings. I love how they’re just laughing their hearts out and you would be too if you...
Here’s another round for Matt and Makayla as requested by their grandma! No wonder, these are two are always so excited when their grandparents are coming. And it sure feels like it’s totally reciprocated. I don’t think I’ve ever met a grandma or a grandpa who doesn’t totally adore their...
We love to travel and we love photography and to be able to do both is something we are truly thankful to God for! A couple of weeks ago, we flew out to Michigan to shoot Dave and Reena’s wedding (watch out for it! we got some amazing images!) . It was fun catching up...
We have decided to go for a day and night shoot, inspired by the Bible scriptures Philippians 4.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds...
RobinHood! Who doesn’t love the once popular novel turned into movie Robin Hood tales? So when Cindy mentioned that Sarah is an archer, we’re so all over that! This is our first chance to do a shoot with bows and arrows. Lines and curves are always such an interesting juxtaposition which its geometrical contrasts. Top...
